We don’t have a minimum age however all people under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The trails and bikes are very weather robust, if it’s a little bit of rain we wwill still go ahead with your tour. If there is an impending storm or heavy rain that would detract from the fun, then we will be in communication to reschedule.
Absolutely! We would recommend the Beginner Tour if this is the case, as you’ll experience all the fun and beautiful scenery without the scary factor!
A dropper post is a height adjustable saddle that works just like an office chair. Flick the lever while you’re sitting on it and it will drop down. Take your weight off the saddle and flick the lever and it will return to full height.
A dropper post allows for much greater control when descending, as you can move the saddle out of the way!
Yes! All our eMTB’s are fitted with dropper posts.
Good sports wear. We recommend mountain bike or road bike shorts with a chamois if you have them. After the ride you are welcome to use our end of tour facilities including a shower. Be sure to bring a change of clothes!
We do offer a pick and drop off service for anyone staying in Beechworth for an additional fee of $10. Select this option if required at checkout.
Thankfully no! You do need moderate general fitness as this is an Adventure Tour, and therefore more than a simpler ride on a flat road.
However the eMTB powers you well along all inclines.
We do offer this option. We ask you ensure your battery is fully charged and bike in good working order.
If you are of high fitness / mountain biking capability then please contact us to consider using your own non eMTB.

At this stage we offer Tours on weekends and public holidays, with a mid-week “hire-only” option available.
Yes, please contact us directly for private tour arrangements.
Tours have up to 4 participants plus 1 guide. This keeps the enjoyment factor high and group pace consistent.
If you need to cancel more than 72 hours before your Tour we offer a 100% refund. Between 24-72 hours is a 50% refund and less than 24 hours is non-refundable.
You may choose to reschedule at no cost.
If you have your own helmet we do recommend you bring it. If not we do have helmets available.
Bikes are fitted with robust metal flat pedals. If you have your own MTB pedals you are welcome to bring them. Please let us know if this is the case and arrange to arrive 10 minutes earlier than scheduled so we can fit them.
If you’ve not ridden a bike for some time, best to go with Beginner.
If you’ve done a bit of riding over the past year, and/or are someone who actively participates in other outdoor activities, then Intermediate is for you.
Absolutely not! We have over 100km of gorgeous trails and small fire trails on our doorstep. Every ride includes a perfect selection to leave you with a huge grin!

We’ve found that leading people on a tour allows you to best maximise your holiday time with amazing riding and the best scenery. You don’t need to worry about getting lost or getting back in time.
